Although they are only open for lunch, try not to miss this spot. The food is all well-prepared with the freshest local products. They even tell you on the menu where they source each item. They also have a great selection of local wines. If you aren’t in the mood for a sit-down lunch, visit their food store, Soli di Cacio, next door.

Pizza in Corso, Corso Ovidio, 218, Sulmona

For inexpensive, but tasty, pizza by the slice, try this small shop near Piazza Ovid. It’s simply pizza and soft drinks, but you can get it fresh from the oven if you time it right.
